What happens when I book a demo?
After you request a demo, we’ll get in touch to organise a time that suits you and find out a bit about what you need. Once we know what you’re looking for, we’ll be able to deliver a customized demonstration over video chat for you.
What happens when I request a quote?
After you request a quote, we’ll get in touch with you to find out a bit more about your needs so that we can send you a quote tailored to your organisation’s requirements.
Can I have a free trial?
We want to make sure you’re 100% happy with CaseBlocks so after you’ve had a demo and a tour of the platform, we’d be happy to give you some time to test it out for yourself.
Are there any discounts available?
Discounts are available on subscriptions paid annually and for organizations with over 200 users, those in the public sector and organizations who wish to make a longer term commitment.
What payment methods are available?
We accept various methods of payments such as Visa, Mastercard, Bank transfer and Direct Debit.
Do I need to pay for updates?
Not at all, all subscribers automatically receive standard CaseBlocks updates as soon as they become available. However, some updates may only be available exclusively on our Advanced platform.
What support is available?
All of our plans come with email support included so if you ever encounter a problem or need any help then just shoot our support team an email.
Is there any training?
We have a variety of training materials available such as live training, video tutorials and help guides to help your team get the most out of CaseBlocks. Contact your CaseBlocks representative for more information about the training available.
Can I change my plan?
If at any point during your subscription you would like to change your plan, then please contact your CaseBlocks representative. Changes to your plan will not take effect until the beginning of your next payment cycle.
What do I need to run CaseBlocks?
CaseBlocks works on both Chrome and Safari but we recommend using the latest version of Chrome for the best results, it’s our favourite. A core i5 processor with 4GB on either Mac or Windows platforms is enough to run CaseBlocks, just make sure you have access to the internet as well.
Is public sector pricing available?
CaseBlocks is currently listed on G-Cloud 7, to view our public sector pricing please visit the Digital Marketplace.
Is there an implementation fee?
The transactional plan does not have an implementation fee however both the Public and Private Cloud plans incur a one-off implementation fee. Implementation fees are calculated based on the scope of your project and therefore are unique to each organization, please contact us if you would like a quote.
How do I increase my storage?
Every CaseBlocks solution comes with flexible storage so you don’t need to worry about hitting any limits during peak times, however we do implement a fair usage policy. So if you consistently exceed the fair use policy we’ll let you know and give you a quote for an additional monthly fee to cover your increased storage use.
